Mint Chocolate Fudge

It's the most wonderful time of the year and this is the most wonderful dessert. To be honest, this is so amazing, that at some point you can start being addicted to it. While I was doing the photo shooting, almost half of the pan disappeared. But luckily I made a few good shoots.

This mint chocolate fudge is so good because of a few reasons: you need just a few ingredients and it's done in less than 20 minutes plus there is no baking... Huray! Also, better make double measure without even thinking abot it, as I made mistake.... You will need it.

Ingredients:

1 cup white chocolate

1 cup dark/milk chocolate

1 cup condense milk

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons vanilla

Christmas mint candies (for decoration)

Marshmallows (for decoration)

Preparation:

In one ceramic bowl put together white chocolate and 1/2 condense milk, salt and vanilla.

In another ceramic bowl stir together dark or milk chocolate and other half of condense milk (1/2 cup), salt and vanilla. Melt in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir melted chocolate with milk and cover the pan which has baking paper on the bottom. Leave the first layer of chocolate in a fridge for 10 to 15 minutes and than cover with second layer of white chocolate mixture. Sprinkle the Christmas mint candies and marshmallows on the top.

Leave dessert in a fridge for a 30 minutes or longer. When is ready, cut, serve and of course - eat.

Ovo je nalepse doba godine i ovo je najukusniji desert... Da budem iskrena, ovo je toliko dobro, da u nekom trenutku mozete poceti da osecate zavisnost. Dok sam radila fotografisanje za blog skoro polovina tepsije je nestala. Sva sreca uspela sam da napravim par dobrih kadrova.

Ovaj mint ckokoladni fadz je toliko dobar iz nekoliko razloga: potrebno vam je samo par sastojaka, pravi se za 20-ak minuta, nema pecenja i bolje odmah da napravite duplu smesu, kako se ne bi zalili da vam je malo. Ja sam se prevarila.

Sastojci:

1 solja bele cokolade

1 solja crne ili mlecne cokolade

1 solja kondenzovanog mleka

2 kasicice soli

2 kasicice ekstrakta vanile

Bozicne Mint Bombone (crveno-bele)

Marsmelous (po zelji)

Pripema:

U jednoj keramickoj posudi pomesati belu cokoladu, 1/2 solje kondenzovanog mleka, so i vanilu. U drugoj ciniji crnu cokoladu, 1/2 kondenzovanog mleka, so i vanilu. Otopiti u mikrotalasnoj ili na pari i promesati. Pleh prekriti papirom za pecenje i premazati privi sloj crne cokoladne smese. Ostaviti u frizideru 10 do 15 minuta i zatim prekriti belom cokoladnom semsom. Posuti izlomljenim komadicima mint bombonica. Vratiti u firzider i ostaviti 30-ak minuta ili duze. Iseci na kvadratice i posluziti, ali i jesti.
