Homemade Pudding


Is there any simpler and better dessert than pudding? No. It's perfect in any time of year and everyone loves it. Plus, you can make it in so many ways. And nothing can be better when is homemade.

Let's start...

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar

4 tablespoons cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 cups milk

4 large egg yolks, slightly beaten

4 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoons vanilla

Preparation:

In saucepan mix together sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add milk and stir together. Cook on medium heat. Stir constantly, until mixture is tick and util it boils. In the mixture add the egg yolks and boil and stir together for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Stir together.

For the chocolate pudding in mixture at the end add chocolate and stir until it's completely melted.

You can serve pudding in glass or you can use it for filling. Cover and let it cool down in refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Ima li boljeg i lakseg deserta od pudinga? Ne. Savrsen u bilo koje doba godine i svi ga vole. Takodje, moze se napraviti na mnogo razlicitih nacina i biti razlicitih ukusa. A pored toga nista ne moze biti bolje nego kada je homemade, odnosno napravljen u kucnoj radinosti.

Pa da pocnemo...

Sastojci:

1/2 cup (solje) secera

2 kasike gustina

1/4 kasicice soli

4 velika zumanceta, razmucena

4 kasike omeksalog putera ili margarina

1 kasika vanile

Priprema:

Spojiti secer, gustin i so u serpi i sjediniti. Dodati mleko i promesati sve zajedno. Kuvati na srednjoj vatri i mesati dok se sve ne sjedini i postane gusta smesa. Kuvati i mesati jos minut nakon sto pocne da kljuca. Skloniti sa vatre i dodati zumanca. Vratiti na vatru, mesati i kuvati sve zajdeno jos minut. Skloniti sa vatre i dodati puter i vanilu. Sve ponovo sjediniti i promesati.

Za cokoladni puding, na kraju, u vrucu smesu dodati komadice cokolade i mesati dok se cokolada ne istopi i sjedini sa pudingom.

Puding se moze servitati u casama ili se moze koristiti za filovanje. Prekiti i ostaviti da se rashladi u frizideru sat vremena pre serviranja.
